Mart's story

Mart has been working at FrieslandCampina for 45 years and started in 1978 in the filling department. He is currently an Allround Logistics Operator and enjoys going to work every day. “After all these years, my work is still different every day and the tasks vary. A lot is happening at FrieslandCampina and we want to do better every day, which ensures that the work does not bore me quickly.”.

Trustworthy by Nature

Mart has been in the right place ever since he started working at FrieslandCampina. “Everyone is open, reliable and eager to help each other. You can always go to someone if you have any questions.”. Mart and his team are responsible for all freight that arrives and is processed by the factory. He also checks the products that leave the plant.

Currently, he works in a self-managing team. The roles in the team change, allowing everyone to take on any task. “I really enjoy working here. You hardly have to ask for help anymore, because colleagues see where extra hands are needed by themselves.”.
