RGM Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Growth Management analyst to accelerate the RGM agenda in Hungary.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full RGM cycle: from insight generation to strategic recommendations and executional follow-through. You will build local RGM capabilities, improve pricing & promo effectiveness, and support sustainable top- and bottom-line growth. You will be the local go-to expert on RGM, with a direct connection to the central European RGM team.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in RGM, commercial analytics, commercial strategy, consultancy, or related roles (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and building consensus across functions
- Strategic and data-driven mindset, with creativity to generate insights even in low-data environments
- Familiarity with pricing, promo effectiveness, assortment, and trade terms
- Proactive, hands-on, and pragmatic approach in a fast-paced market
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to support teams in applying RGM principles

Key Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to the RGM agenda in Hungary, including pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and commercial plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Identify gaps and opportunities through scenario analysis and fact-based storytelling to inform decision-making
- Coordinate RGM projects, timelines, and priorities, ensuring milestones are met collaboratively
- Help build local capabilities by guiding teams in applying RGM principles
- Suggest improvements to the existing data landscape and connect data sources to unlock actionable insights
- Contribute to the development of promo effectiveness tracking in a high-promo market
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on RGM levers and translate findings into clear recommendations for commercial teams
- Ensure RGM data is accurate, consistent, and accessible in partnership with Finance and other data owners
- Visualize insights clearly using appropriate tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, BI tools)
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted RGM partner to the Sales Director, Marketing & Finance Director
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed RGM practices in daily operations
- Align with the central RGM Europe team to adopt best practices and ensure consistency
- Support local teams in achieving revenue, margin, and volume goals through collaboration and shared insights
