Intern - SAP ITSM Process Management documentation
We are looking for a dedicated/proactive personality to join our big family as part of our IT Internship. We are committed in providing on-the-job experience and mentoring to prepare the interns for real working experience. Internship vacancies are available in various functions as follows:
- Building a repository or folder structure to improve documentation.
- Building and managing application portfolio.
- Building onboarding/training materials for new enhancements
- Support IT team in setting up and managing IT Governance Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request etc)
- To coordinate/support systems testing with business key users and compile/document test results
- To assist in building systems process & functions guides
- To assist in documenting project deliverables and upload to Sharepoint
- To assist in data loading for report creations
- To perform certain level of administrative work, such as open tasks follow up, arrange meetings, support workshops & organization events as well as note taking using MS OneNote

- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Good team work & Positive mindset.
- Internship Duration : Min 4 - 6 months

At FrieslandCampina, Global IT, SAP Center of Excellence we are working to increase overall maturity of our ITSM processes. To ensure a well operating SAP system landscape, all SAP support processes are documented.
To future strategy requires an overview and analyses of all current support process capabilities. These analysis of the as-is state are input for SAP process management review and improvements to support future governance in SAP Operations. This update and improvement on process management needs a future proof implementation.
A well-documented process management for our SAP landscape and a well-defined strategy in cooperation with our IT partners will make our System landscape more mature. We are looking for an intern to support and drive this process management program in a dynamic environment with multiple supporting partners and stakeholders.
