Join Our European Rewards Team as Rewards Manager in Budapest!
We're looking for a talented Reward Specialist to join our European Rewards team and drive excellence in our reward processes and policies.
What You'll Do:
- Execute Global Reward Processes: Lead the implementation of our global reward strategies in Hungary and/or other European countries, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Manage Compensation Changes: Handle local ad hoc compensation adjustments and provide support for Global Mobility initiatives. Lead the annual compensation cycle in Hungary and/or other European countries.
- Administer Local Benefits: Oversee the administration of local benefits, ensuring they meet the needs of our employees.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with various stakeholders to understand their needs and act as a trusted reward expert.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to global policies and processes while ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor and stay updated on local reward trends to keep our strategies competitive and effective.

To be successful in this role, we expect candidates to have the following qualifications:
- Completed master's degree: A strong academic background to support your expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of compensation & benefits: Deep understanding of Rewards practices and principles.
- At least 5 years of experience: Proven track record in a Rewards role in Hungary.
- Business and service orientation: A focus on delivering exceptional service and business results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Proficiency in both English and Hungarian, with the ability to connect and collaborate effectively.
- Analytical and numerical skills: Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excel proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Excel and a passion for working with data.
- Strategic vision: Ability to maintain a helicopter view and see the bigger picture.
- Negotiation and influencing skills: Effective negotiation and influencing abilities to drive results.

As our Rewards manager for Hungary, you will oversee all local Rewards policies across various locations in Hungary, including a factory, a warehouse, an office, and a European Shared Service Center. This diverse mix of environments and populations will provide a unique and stimulating challenge, allowing you to develop and implement tailored policies that meet the needs of each setting.

You will be part of the Europa and Americas Regional Rewards Team. We are a team of 7 and you will report to the Regional Rewards Lead Europe and Americas located in the Netherlands.
