What we ask
- 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing, communication or business-related fields. B2B or food service experience is a plus.
- Understanding of HoReCa channel (preferably within FMCG environment); if not, related industry experience with big passion for food!
- Academic/ Master (WO) level
- Business acumen & budget management

Vacancy description
We are looking for a HoReca channel manager to develop the following:
- Develop and execute local Horeca channel based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers and business objectives
- Own the local Horeca strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insights
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairs
- Manage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation & business case creation to launch
- Create value for operators with Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends and top dishes. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicable.
