Marketing Manager AN NAM

Are you a strategic and hands-on marketing professional passionate about shaping the future of performance and active nutrition? We’re seeking a Regional B2B Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our North American marketing strategy for the Performance and Active Nutrition (PAN) segment, with a smaller focus on Medical Nutrition. 

In this role, you’ll bring global strategy to life regionally, drive impactful marketing campaigns, and ensure our products and innovation pipelines resonate with both customer and consumer needs & trends in the U.S. and Canada.

What we ask

•    A Master’s degree in Marketing, Food Technology, Business, or a related field.
•    6+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, ideally in sports, active, or medical nutrition.
•    Ability to simplify complex technical/scientific concepts into compelling value propositions.
•    Strong background in end-to-end campaign development, KPI setting, and performance analysis.
•    Experience with 360° marketing strategies, including digital, brand awareness, and lead generation.
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills; a team player with an agile mindset.
•    Strategic thinker who’s also execution-focused — ready to drive initiatives and deliver results.
•    Experience working within a bigger matrix organization.

Vacancy description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for the PAN (90%) and support Medical (5-10%) nutrition segments.
•    Localize and launch global product innovations, contributing insights from the NA market.
•    Design and implement integrated marketing and communication plans, including thought leadership and lead generation.
•    Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Segment and map regional customers, feeding insights back to global teams.
•    Provide competitive intelligence and market insights specific to the region.
•    Collaborate on the regional application development roadmap alongside Technical Support Services (TSS).
•    Manage regional A&P budgets in partnership with the Marcom team.
•    Support customer innovation meetings with tailored value propositions and go-to-market concepts.

You’ll Work Closely With:

Business Development, Innovation & Execution Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Marcom, Regulatory, and Global Strategy Teams.

Salary Range: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000.  Pay is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including years of work experience, education, training, and other considerations permitted by law.  We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records, as permitted by applicable laws.
