Customer Management Specialist Key Account Early Life Nutrition
As a Key Account Customer Management Specialist within FrieslandCampina Ingredients you will work for multiple of the biggest dairy companies in the world on Early life Nutrition as well as Medical Nutrition . Your main responsibility will be to support two of our Key Account Customers. You will work with various departments, have a close connection to sales and you will be part of both the Key Account,- and CMO team.
What we ask
- Bachelor degree (preferably in Commercial or Supply Chain)
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in both Customer Services and/or Supply Chain
- Fluent in English, speech and writing
- Experienced in leading customer/commercial meetings
- Strong communication skills
- Known with managing a complex set of relations in- and externally
- Analytical mindset, being able to analyze data and make clear recommendations based on the numbers
- Proactive and assertive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Being able to analyze customer forecast and translate this to the organization
- Able to carry out tasks and decision making independently
- Accurate and disciplined, capable of dealing with deadlines
- Experienced in Salesforce, SAP, APO, Microstrategy, PowerBI
- You are based in the Netherlands

Vacancy description
- You will work in a focused customer team with various disciplines managing one of the Key Accounts of FrieslandCampina
- Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales- and Key Account Manager to promote a good relationship with the customer
- Responsible for fulfilling customer agreements (contracts) for first-time-right deliveries (including after-sales service)
- Proactive processing of sales forecasts for a reliable demand plan and providing input for the budgeting process
- Managing internal relationships for an optimal way of working with our internal customers and stakeholders
- Responsible for complaint handling with specific focus on corrective and preventive measures
- Administrative responsibilities to ensure an optimal service to our customers in the most efficient way
- Systems: Microsoft Office / SAP / SAP APO / Salesforce / PowerBI / Microstrategy
