Eviana joined Tiger Cubs Asia, FrieslandCampina’s regional talent development program designed to exchange expertise across Asian markets. The program placed her in Foremost Thailand as a Brand Manager, moving her from a familiar Indonesian market to an entirely new cultural and consumer landscape.
She saw this as an opportunity to “unleash her nature” by stretching her capabilities beyond her comfort zone, driven by her Passion for Results and her commitment to personal and professional growth.
Her previous role managing the competitive Powder GUM category at Frisian Flag Indonesia equipped her with strong fundamentals in specialized nutrition, consumer insight, and medical communication skills she was excited to bring into a mature market like Thailand.
