Born and raised in the Philippines, she is a proud mother of two children—and three dogs, including two Siberian Huskies and a Shih Tzu. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring new places. Professionally, she currently serves as the People & Culture Director for Dutch Lady Milk Industries (DLMI) in Malaysia, where she leads with purpose and heart.

In her day-to-day role, she partners closely with the leadership team, coaching leaders and designing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. Her goal is clear: to build a strong and inclusive workplace culture that enables business growth and supports employees to grow and succeed.

Driving Change, Creating Impact

Her FrieslandCampina journey began at Alaska Milk Corporation in the Philippines, where she also served as People & Culture Director. In late 2023, she transitioned to DLMI and brought her experience in leading complex transformations. From optimizing operations and closing legacy facilities to setting up a future-ready IR4.0 manufacturing site, her leadership has delivered lasting impact.

She also takes pride in revitalizing total rewards programs to better meet employees' needs—introducing initiatives such as Pawternity Leave, Menstrual Leave, and a flexible benefits system, all while managing cost efficiency. These initiatives have not only enhanced employee experience but also strengthened DLMI and AMC as employers of choice.

What brings her the greatest pride? Seeing people grow—especially when local talents take on regional and global roles.
