Putting people at the heart of the business
Born and raised in the Philippines, Edalyn Hadjula currently serves as the People & Culture Director for Dutch Lady Milk Industries (DLMI) in Malaysia, where she leads with purpose and heart. Next to that she is a proud mother of two children—and three dogs.
In my day-to-day role, I work closely together with the leadership team, coaching leaders and designing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. I think it is important to build a strong and inclusive workplace culture that enables business growth and supports employees to grow and succeed.

Power of We
One of FrieslandCampina’s pillars is the Power of We, which among others, means to Edalyn, being inclusive. "That reflects best my leadership style. I am always ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and valued, and believe the best results come from co-creation and mutual respect. Driven by a strong sense of purpose: to make a difference in the lives of others. Whether through helping leaders grow or shaping better employee experiences, I find so much energy in knowing my work enables people to succeed. And I am very happy FrieslandCampina is supporting this style. It is more than a workplace, it’s a platform that allows everyone to embrace their nature, stay true to who they are, lead with inclusion, and empower others to bring their best every day" Edalyn shares.
