Senior Tax Specialist

In the Corporate Tax Department we have a vacancy for an accounting & reporting analyst. You will be responsible for (continuous) improvement of several key financial processes and lead the development of a structured approach towards Tax Data management, including creation of automated dashboards and reports. Key projects you will start with are the development of an external report of all different taxes FrieslandCampina pays worldwide. Furthermore, you will participate in the most critical financial processes of the company, such as Budget and Year-End Closing, and participate in Corporate projects like Strategic Forecasting.

Vacancy description

  • Develop and implement external report of all taxes paid, worldwide
  • Improve Country-by-Country Report and prepare for external reporting
  • Drive structured Tax Data management, including dashboard and report automation
  • Strategic forecast modelling
  • Improve intercompany settlement process (cross-border-correction process) executed by Opcos/financial shared service centers
  • Support half-year and year-end closing process
  • Drive financial process improvements and harmonization
  • Participate in corporate projects
  • Strengthen internal control framework
  • Aligning with financial shared service centers, corporate stakeholders and Business Groups

The Corporate Tax Team of FrieslandCampina, located in Amersfoort, is a young and dynamic team which consists of 15 persons of which 12 are located in Amersfoort and 3 in Singapore. The team has various disciplines such as direct tax, transfer pricing, accounting & reporting and M&A.

The Accounting & Reporting Analyst reports to the Director Tax Accounting & Compliance. You will work closely together with the other team members in Corporate Tax, and colleagues in other Corporate functions such as Finance & Reporting, Controlling, Finance Systems and Financial Shared Services.
