We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Horeca & Bakery for our office in Agrate who will manage the Sales team in partnership with the Commercial Lead.

Vacancy description
The Sales Manager Horeca & Bakery is a role focused on:
- Co-develop the sales strategy for Italy.
- Managing a key account sales team to drive direct and indirect sales (national chains) in both Horeca and Bakery channels.
- Responsible for sales support and customer care department of H&B Italy.
- Driving an entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement, a fact-based (a.o. digital) way of working, and proper relationship management.
- Responsible for the engagement of the team.
- Responsible for the agreed volumes
- Contributing as a member of the H&B Italy commercial team to the total performance of the H&B Italy division
