Responsible to do the WCOM Program activities, training, coaching/counselling, following up, auditing, keeping good record and documentation, developing people to ensure all the people working in the organization will have continuous improvement mindset, attitude toward the world class operations management.
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Foods Science or related field
- Has in depth knowledge in Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Change Management and understanding of the business (business acumen)
- Has general knowledge in Food Hygiene, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, Manufacturing Processes, Quality Systems, ISO Standards, Six Sigma, WCOM/CI, Performance Management, 5S and Finance
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (in Thai and English)

KPI Definition & Reporting
- To manage, coordinate & improve the performance control system ie. KPI definitions, reporting,
review systems, meeting structure.
- To ensure cascading of KPIs are done every year for all level in each departments, coordinate, coach and train the relevant subject.
Performance Management System (WCOM) & Meeting Structure
- Define review system and meeting structure. CI to lead the discussion on needs of relevant departments to ensure KPIs are monitored accordingly.
- Strategize, manage/facilitate & coordinate all improvement projects/initiatives for operations ie. Lean Six Sigma, Saving Initiative, Problem Saving Tools, etc.
- Promote, organize & manage the WCOM concept and program in the company.
- Lead, coordinate with BG CI, coach and drive WCOM improvement program
- Work together with each department to create 3 years roadmap activities
Lead Focus Improvement program implementation as PMO
- Plan for full year activities and ensure on time execution
- Support team for data analyst and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth implementation
- Quantify saving and validate with supply chain finance for cost saving projects
- Prepare monthly business report (cost saving)
- Update progress of saving related project in PA tracker (or Shibumi)
- Support team for data analyst such as breakdown, conversion cost, OEE, OPE, etc.
- Handle projects and other assignments (if any)
- Facilitate WCOM-R weekly TIP review
Lead Autonomous Maintenance as the coordinator
- Governance the AM roll out through the following activities:
- Conduct AM pillar weekly meeting with pillar team, as well as communicate the minutes out
- Coordinate and support AM subject Matter Expert for the training and coaching to shopfloor
- Monitor the key milestones and track the progress of AM implementation plan
- Coordinate with cross functional team and external resources to drive on AM implementation
- Establish & support AM standard development (e.g Visual, standard checklists) and training materials
- Support 5S implementation across the site (link with AM roll out plan)
Capability Development
- Develop a culture, addressing mindset and behavior aspects, to ensure the sustainability of continuous improvements
- Lead corporate integrated audit (Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance)
