From primary packaging to secondary and tertiary materials, you’ll help translate stakeholder needs into packaging that performs. Vacancy description
As a Packaging Developer at FrieslandCampina, you’ll work on packaging projects that support our European production sites and third-party manufacturing partners. You’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing packaging solutions that meet functional, regulatory, and sustainability requirements, while also delivering cost and efficiency improvements. Your daily work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to bring packaging concepts to life, from idea to implementation. Whether you’re refining a bottle design, improving pallet stability, or validating a new supplier’s packaging format, your work will directly support both our branded and private label product lines.
