National Route to Market Manager

As the National Route to Market (RTM) Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the organisation’s route-to-market strategies across all regions and channels. You will ensure efficient, cost-effective product distribution and execution in traditional trade, modern trade, horeca, and direct-to-consumer channels to maximize market penetration, product availability, and revenue growth.

What we ask

Master degree in Business Administration or Sales or related field (MBA preferred).

+5 years of experience in RTM/Distribution Management, Sales Management in the FMCG or dairy sector.

Strong understanding of distribution models in emerging and developed markets.

Proficiency in data analytics, sales automation tools, and project management.-Strategic and analytical thinking

-Strong leadership and influencing skills

-Excellent project and change management capabilities

-Deep commercial acumen and understanding of retail dynamics

Vacancy description

The RTM Manager role requires to lead from the front, develop robust and innovative value adding solutions to achieve organization’s numeric and profitability targets. This role is primarily responsibility to align, review and direct the best sales and operations practices to best suit the local project markets and ensure various stakeholders aligned (management, sales, distributors etc).
