As a Global Talent Intern, you will join our CoE Talent team who are responsible for designing and delivering impactful initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, and more. Joining as an intern, you will be part of a passionate team that values creativity, collaboration, and making a global impact.
What we ask
- A final-year student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Eager to learn, curious and open to working in a multicultural environment
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for people and development
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in using Excel, Powerpoint and other digital tools as well as open to learning new systems

Vacancy description
- Maintain global content and knowledge management to ensure relevant channels and information is up to date
- Help prepare materials and communications for all phases part of our talent and performance cycle
- Contribute to the development of toolkits and resources for HR teams worldwide
- Manage our talent and performance planner board to drive impactful project management
- Analyze feedback and data to support continuous improvement of talent initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Talent Intelligence, and other teams
- Participate in the design and rollout of talent initiatives
- Support with the run of the overall Talent and Performance Management cycle
