Alaska Milk Corporation is looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to join our Nutrition Marketing Team—someone ready to lead high‑stakes innovation projects that shape the future of our brands and uplift the lives of millions of Filipino families.

In this role, you’ll take the driver’s seat in building breakthrough product ideas, collaborating closely with both local cross-functional teams and our Regional Marketing partners. You’ll be the strategic owner who turns consumer insights into powerful brand solutions, ensures excellence in execution, and brings bold innovations from concept to shelf.

What we ask

  • You are consumer4‑focused, act with speed and decisiveness, and take responsibility—constantly seeking opportunities to drive positive change.
  • You bring strong brand‑building and innovation leadership, with solid skills in consumer insight translation, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • You have deep knowledge of FMCG marketing fundamentals, including innovation development, portfolio thinking, data analysis, and commercial evaluation.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • You have at least 4–6 years of FMCG experience in brand management, innovation, or category roles—ideally in nutrition, food, or related categories.

As a Brand Manager for Nutrition at Alaska Milk Corporation, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our brand and bringing meaningful nutrition innovations to Filipino families.
