Change & Organizational Development Specialist

As Organisation Development (OD) specialist you will play a pivotal part in shaping our organizational landscape by driving global data collection, interpretation and reporting and support of change processes. You work together with HR Business Partners and project managers in the business.
Your responsibilities will encompass; organization change measurement, creation of organization health & performance insights, best practice and materials development based on global standards and project management of for example restructuring projects.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and transformation of our global organization.
What we ask
To be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor/ Master degree;
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience as an OD specialist or HR manager;
- Affinity with data and people analytics;
- Business acumen;
- Organisational awareness;
- Impact and influence;
- Instill credibility / show critical sense.
- You must be efficient in the Dutch language.

- A workweek of (fulltime) 38 hours, an end year allowance of 4%, bonus scheme (max 10%), depending on experience the budget for this role lies between €4.357 - €5.914 based on fulltime;

Vacancy description
- Generate the organization’s health and performance insights, drive gap analyses and drive related action planning on specific OD change topic with help of people dashboards, data on spans, layers, FTEs and culture/sustainable engagement measurement;
- Focus on hard side of change; structures, systems, processes;
- Execute organizational effectiveness including rightsizing, delayering, spans of control, fte management, in line with the global OD development standards, principles and policies;
- Supporting role in design phase and provide advice and coaching in execution phase of organization restructuring programs and initiatives, to drive efficiency, speed and decisiveness and reduce complexity;
- Understanding the interplay between design, grading and social impact;
- Training and Coaching in execution of processes.
- You are part of the capability pool OD and can run organizational design changes according to the standards at speed and with quality.
