Join our dynamic Digital Team as an Adoption Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth integration and acceptance of digital tools and platforms within our organization.
As an Adoption Specialist, you'll be the bridge between the technology and its users. Your primary goal is to ensure that existing and new digital tools are effectively adopted and utilized to their full potential. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide the necessary support and training to enable them to embrace new technologies confidently.
Wat we vragen
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics or Communication;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital or technology-focused environment;
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in Power BI with developing dashboards;
- Project management experience;
- Experience in training end-users.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace new technologies and changes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- A user-centric approach, with a passion for helping others and ensuring a positive user experience. Proactive attitude.

- Lead efforts to drive the adoption of new digital tools and platforms across the organization, ensuring they are embraced and effectively utilized. Also advising & challenging senior business partners regarding further improvement of adoption.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and resources to educate users on new technologies, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, tailoring adoption strategies to address specific requirements and pain points.
- Create clear and engaging communication materials to promote new tools and technologies, highlighting their benefits and usage best practices. Set up and manage online communities to facilitate adoption efforts.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and minimize resistance to new technologies.
- Monitor the adoption progress and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Together we are driving the Data agenda of FrieslandCampina Supply Chain and R&D, creating an engaging journey for our 10.000 professionals to become true data citizens.
