Sales Force Effectiveness Assistant Manager
The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Assistant Manager/ Manager role is the backbone of any sales force. Responsible for monitoring field force KPIs to ensure flawless execution to key HCPs in both private and government channels, including the Confinement Centre channel.
This role reports to the Head of Medical Marketing and offers the opportunity to expand capabilities in demand planning and forecasting. Additionally, it involves liaison with global teams and serving as the go-to expert for SFE excellence.
What we ask
- A degree holder with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience with the Veeva SFE system is a plus.
- You enjoy working with data and analyzing results. You are meticulous, think broadly, and possess strong business acumen driven by curiosity.
- You are customer-focused and able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results.

Vacancy description
Generate weekly KPI reports and analyze data and trends to support business insights.
Troubleshoot issues within the Veeva system to ensure smooth operations.
Evaluate distributors’ stock-on-hand (SOH) and inventory levels for optimal supply management.
Conduct continuous SFE training to enhance field force effectiveness.
Contribute to bringing meaningful impact to the overall Medical Marketing team through data-driven support.
