Global Software Asset & License Manager
The Global Software Asset and License Manager is accountable for realizing the value and optimize usage of the software assets and licenses for the relevant IT services and technology domain.
What we ask
- Postgraduate Degree (2nd class upper and above), preferably Master in the relevant discipline.
- More than 7 years of relevant working experience.
- Broad knowledge of agile ways of working (Scrum, Agile, Lean).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively & influence others in a cross-functional, multi-application, multi-service provider environment.
- Practitioner with solid experience with ITIL processes.
- Knowledge/Experience in managing global and strategic software asset & license vendors.
- Good knowledge and broad understanding of global supplier market in software asset and license management related services.
- ITIL V4 certified and preferably have knowledge/experience in Agile methodology.

Vacancy description
- Analyzing stakeholder requirements
- Defining, agreeing, and integrating the service configuration management approach.
- Design and own end-to-end ITIL Service Management Practices.
- Oversee overall performance and results of the process, identifies, and manages critical process success factors and continuously improves Service Quality across internal & external partners (measured through KPI improvements).
- Develop, implement, and manage the GSAM strategy and framework.
- Direct stakeholders into optimize utilization of software assets and licenses while ensure compliance to FrieslandCampina GSAM policies and standards.
- Drive for continual improvements in the existing GSAM setup end-to-end from processes, reporting & communication to technologies and tools.
- Engage and cooperate with stakeholders on multiple levels and controls any risk or issues arise.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and recommend utilizations of external SAM providers ’capabilities.
- Support the development, management, and exit of contracts and relationships with (strategic) software asset & license vendors to drive for service excellence and mitigate risks in the End-to-End IT services value chain.
- Review and support annual software maintenance budgets and software-related detail in business cases and project budget, to ensure that they comply with corporate policies, applicable standards, and legislation.
