Intern B2B Communication
We are looking for a motivated intern to support impactful communication projects at FrieslandCampina Professional. Are you ready to dive into the world of internal and external communication in a dynamic B2B environment? As our communication intern, you’ll help inspire our industrial customers in the food & beverage industry through engaging content and campaigns. At the same time, you’ll support internal communication initiatives across the entire FrieslandCampina Professional business group.

What we ask
- Interest in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing communication
- Enjoys switching between strategic and operational thinking
- Has an eye for detail and good planning skills
- Is hands-on and can work independently
- Has a structured approach and can plan their own work
- Good communication skills & stakeholder management
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- EU nationality or enrolled at a Dutch educational institute
- Studying at HBO / WO level
- You’re available for 32–40 hours a week for 5–6 months starting end of January/ early February 2026.

In this role, you will assist in preparing and launching global campaigns for Industrial customers within FrieslandCampina Professional. And you will also learn more about internal communication activities for the total Professional business group. Branding & Communication is in the lead for the content creation, look & feel and communication objectives, simultaneously for multiple projects. Also, we are responsible for tracking the results, gathering insights and implementing learnings and reporting a final evaluation (data & analytics). With our efforts, we aim to stay top-of-mind with our strategic customers and showcase our expertise and innovations.
The Industry team is part of FrieslandCampina Professional, with the mission to focus on serving the needs of industrial food manufacturers. We do this through an unrivalled package of services and products, and with a love and deep understanding of the industry and the challenges our customers face. This team delivers product solutions for cream, butter, ice & shakes and encapsulates on a global scale. In your internship, you will be in touch with many different stakeholders, both internal and external (agencies). You will work closely with the digital and marketing teams for alignment on content creation and optimising the touchpoints in the customer journey. You can also help us in our ambition to increase data-driven decisions by gathering insights to implement in our launch plans and tracking the results of campaigns. Also, we focus on delivering a consistent look & feel towards our customers on all channels, and connecting offline to online activities.
Good planning skills, multi-tasking and an eye for detail are highly valued.
