Category manager Cream

Join us as the Category Manager Cream, where you'll be responsible for end-to-end (E2E) profitability and performance of the Cream category, sizable and high-priority business cutting across multiple geographies and channels. Your strategic insights and leadership will shape the future of our the category, enhancing its profitability and growth.
What we ask
- Academic/ Master (WO) level and 10+ relevant commercial work experience.
- English (both verbal & written skills).
- Resident in the Randstad or within commuting distance to Amersfoort.
- Strategic thinker: Proven track record in formulating and executing portfolio/market strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Results-driven: Drive top-line growth and bottom-line improvements through effective decision-making and stakeholder management.
- Customer-centric: You are customer-focused, driving execution on strategic risks and opportunities in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Collaborative influencer: Build and leverage strong internal and external networks to achieve shared goals, Drive key category initiatives through Network team.

- You will be responsible for the end-to-end (E2E) performance and profitability of the Cream category within FrieslandCampina Professional.
- Your daily tasks will include formulating and executing portfolio and market strategies, utilizing strong analytical skills to derive insights that drive both top-line growth and bottom-line improvements.
- You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and Key Account management, while making data-driven decisions to manage strategic risks and opportunities.
- Collaboration is crucial in this role; you'll build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication to achieve shared goals.
- Your impact will be global, as you drive category innovation, Performance+ initiatives, and work closely with selected Industry Key Accounts to meet customer needs.
