Ce ne dorim

  • Education: BA, prefer Master Degree in Business or related fields
  • Experience: 6 - 8 years of Trade Marketing/ Channel Development in related field/ FMCG is an advantage
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    - English communication skill (written and spoken)
    - Confident, fast moving, disciplined, reliable and friendly personality- Can Do mindset: think in solutions, not in problems
    - Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
    - Deep knowledge of Trade marketing in Vietnam
    - Experience in leading a team (team management) and communication & presentation capabilities
    - Influencing capabilities internally & externally
    - Conceptual thinking

Descrierea postului vacant

  1. Category Channel Leadership
    • Lead the development of Channel strategy
    • Develop Channel Picture of Success, enabling its implementation, ongoing review, and optimization
    • Develop appropriate Promotion Calendars with the RSM’s, KAMs and Chains (Internal & External Customers) factoring cost effective Promotions, Communication, New Product Introductions, occasion-based activation, etc.
    • Coordinate, develop and execute multi-category initiatives within the channel.
    • Conduct Promotional Analysis and build insights & learning.
  1. S&OP (Commercial Planning)
    • Continuously track execution performance and enable efficient identification of performance issues to course correct and achieve the Channel plan.
    • Consolidate and evaluate the bottom-up sales outlook (current and planned) against long-term objectives for all categories to capitalize on opportunities, maximize synergies, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Monitor adjustments within sales teams between review meetings within a planning cycle. 

     3. Shopper Centricity & Store Power

    • Build insight-based JBP with key accounts
    • Coordinate, develop and execute multi-category initiatives within the channel. Lead cross-functional in-store execution (Mktg, Cat & Sale)

    4. Revenue Growth Management

    • Understand Channel Value Chain and profit pool identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of trade investments and guide investment choices across Channels and brands to improve Channel Contribution
    • Identify optimal mix of products to offer across different channels and locations, tailored to diverse consumer/shopper preferences.
