Bakery Marketing Manager - Asia
Leads the Asia Bakery strategy by leveraging market trends and insights and translating global direction into localized 12Q plans, driving channel growth, operator-centric solutions, and identifying white space opportunities. Oversees innovation, NPD, and portfolio performance, ensuring strong execution of initiatives and regional campaigns while co-developing local brand guidelines. Partners closely with local teams to optimize portfolios and leverage market and competitor insights.

- Academic/Master level with 10+ years of experience
- Seasoned marketeer with experience in central and local marketing management, campaign development 12Q innovation, and project management inc (lean) innovation with strong foodservice experience
- Proven track record in building global/local relationships, stakeholder management up to MD level and (new) business development.
- Influencing skills in a multi-cultural, multi country, multi-disciplinary environment
- Strategic, analytical, out-of-of –the box thinking

- Leads the channel & category strategy for local jewels with commercial marketing teams. Translates/Adapts Debic global strategy into Asia channel and categories specific strategy.
- Develops & delivers long term plan for strategic Asia Bakery Big Bets.
- Institutionalizes the application-based framework and operator-centric mindset thru trainings, toolkits, etc amongst the team.
- Grow portfolio and business across 4 product categories and 5+ markets, including new business & geo expansion to white space markets.
- Leads 12Q innovation process based on channel-based insights and trends with cross-functional teams. * Develops & implements Asia-led campaign (1-2x/year) based on channel-based insights & trends.
