What we ask
- High vocational certificate or above.
- Work experience >5 years.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, machine reliability, troubleshooting, and processing equipment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams to improve skills and performance.
- Proficiency in maintenance scheduling, spare parts management, budget planning, and adherence to safety and food safety regulations.

Vacancy description
1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, conduct inspections and repairs, and support installations with updated documentation.
2. Collaborate and build capability with teams and share technical knowledge, and provide troubleshooting support
3. Manage work orders and preventive maintenance plans in SAP, and prepare performance reports
4. Analyze failures, optimize spare parts inventory, and lead cost-reduction and improvement initiatives
