- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance/Economics or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAP, Afo, PowerBI, and Oracle HFM, coupled with advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to handle complex reporting issues and budget processes, with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.

Vacancy description
As a Controlling & Report Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, driving critical processes and leveraging your analytical skills to provide valuable insights. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:
- Driving Financial Processes: Lead month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyzing Financial Data: Dive deep into financial transactions, interpreting and recording information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensuring Accuracy: Take ownership of key components of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow, ensuring meticulous attention to detail during month-end closing.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to streamline reporting processes, including the development of automated tools and dashboards.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the finance community, providing guidance on complex accounting and controlling matters.
- Systems Management: Serve as a key user for SAP, HFM, and PowerBI, leveraging your expertise to enhance data-driven insights.

You are responsible for the monthly reporting processes in developing BI dashboards to support data driven decision making.
