BG Asia Insights Manager

What we ask

  • Preferably a Master’s Degree
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in consumer insight, preferably in a multi-cultural, international context
  • Highly experienced in different types of market research (qual and quant) methodologies for brand positioning, communication testing and NPD/innovation testing
  • Experienced in both online & offline research testing solutions
  • Extensive FMCG Sector Knowledge (ideally food and beverage categories)
  • International experience across different geographies
  • Highly experienced in stakeholder management and servicing
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • This position will be based in Malaysia / Indonesia (@FrisianFlagIndonesia)

Vacancy description

This job will be responsible for BG Asia consumer & market insights function to support commercial and innovation/renovation initiatives of BG Asia. This function entails acting as strategic partner to the different commercial teams within the FN group in order to drive their business decisions and innovation/renovation activities centrally.


Manage Senior Stakeholders in BG and Opco – Influence senior-level decision-makers with timely and relevant data and insights. Stakeholders consist of Global and FU directors/managers across different functions (e.g. Marketing, CDSM, R&D, Sales and Finance)


Support Strategy Initiatives – Taking an active role in defining the actions standards/ KPIs to implement and monitor business growth initiatives
