Finance continues to evolve through digitalisation, innovation, and a strong focus on the future. Our colleagues work on initiatives like Optimus, which integrates processes and systems for greater efficiency and transparency. With tools such as PowerBI, we help the organisation make well-informed, data-driven decisions. We are also actively involved in strategic projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, where Finance plays a key role in assessing risks and opportunities.

Sustainability plays an increasingly important role within Finance. Where it was once seen as a cost, we now view it as an opportunity to create value. Finance acts as a co-pilot, contributing by:

  • Translating sustainability initiatives into growth models and financing structures.
  • Integrating Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) criteria into our financial routines.

From milk valorisation projects to acquisitions, Michael embraces every opportunity to grow and contribute. “We work across many different industries with an end-to-end supply chain, so there are plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and make a difference,” adds Michael.

Commercial Finance Lead CDNL, Carlijne

As Commercial Finance Lead, Carlijne helps turn financial insights into real impact for iconic brands like Chocomel, Optimel and Campina. “What I like most about working in commercial finance is the dynamic nature of the role,” says Carlijne.

Plant Controller, Michiel

As Plant Controller in Veghel, Michiel sees every day how production activities directly impact financial outcomes. “What happens on the production site is immediately reflected in the financial results,” explains Michiel.
