I am a very curious person with an engineering mindset. Always trying to use logic as a filter for my daily work routine. In the second year of my Masters I started working so that I could apply the knowledge I gained during my studies. Over the next five years, I have experienced exponential growth in terms of professional experience and responsibilities, until in 2019 I was offered the role of Process Engineer at FrieslandCampina. A role that I was very eager to accept.
My primary responsibility is to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, where my colleagues can effectively utilise their strengths
After four years of challenging projects in my role as Process Engineer, I was promoted to my current role; Manufacturing Manager for the Targu Mures Plant in Romania. On a daily basis, I focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, where my colleagues can effectively utilise their strength for the success of our business.
