- Minimum 5 years with higher vocational /applied sciences/bachelor or <5 years with Academic/Master
- Fluent in English

The Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyer Logistics is responsible for sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management and content definition for the spend under Logistics categories.
The Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyer reports to the Head of S2C Global Categories:
- Defines the right content for business needs
- Develops and executes the sourcing calendar (Keelvar, RFx)
- Performs complex analysis and insight generation
- Works in close collaboration with all Procurement and business stakeholders in accordance with guidelines and policy
- Negotiates terms with suppliers autonomously in cases defined by category procurement or assist them in the negotiation process
- Responsible for the KPI's on souring performance, Contract coverage, PO-rate and Handsfree PO-rate, % Blocked invoices
- Expert knowledge sharing and guiding of junior colleagues
- Proactive manage related stakeholders
- Drive vendor reduction in its own category and beyond
- Continuous improvement, drive automation/digitalization.

Global Procurement Department:
The Global Procurement discipline oversees all purchasing activities. The team consists of around 220 professionals from around the globe.
We operate as one agile and diverse team unleashing the power of our suppliers to deliver sustainable value for all seven business groups. Team Source-to-Contract Global Categories is the tactical partner for our Category Procurement Teams. The team consists of 14 multinationals driving compliance to global policies and performing category sourcing strategies.
