As Marketing & Innovation Manager for our Systems business, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our professional systems portfolio, driving breakthrough innovation and scaling iconic propositions like Lattiz.
This is a leadership role at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will lead the roadmap from concept to market, manage the full project portfolio, and work cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Design, and Operations. From shaping new propositions to defining the customer experience across all touchpoints, you’ll turn insights into action and ideas into lasting value.
You are a visionary and a builder, someone who thrives in a fast-growing B2B environment, is passionate about coffee, technology and customer experience, and knows how to inspire teams around bold goals.
Ce ne dorim
- 15+ years of experience in strategic marketing, innovation, or product leadership in B2B appliances, foodservice equipment, or systems businesses.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering concepts.
- Strong understanding of product development, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience design.
- A strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercial mindset — with the ability to both think big and deliver hands-on.
- Expertise in the professional coffee market and appliance-based systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills — in matrixed and international settings.
- Experience with service-based models and product-as-a-service is a strong plus.
- Background in food tech, engineering, or business development is a strong plus.

- Be the business owner of our systems portfolio - from launch to end-of-life.
- Lead the design and commercial validation of new market propositions.
- Own product and platform specifications, including UX/UI.
- Manage the innovation portfolio and oversee commercial project execution.
- Define and continuously improve the full customer journey.
- Build and execute business strategies for mid- and long-term growth.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
- Serve as a core member of the Systems Unit leadership team and co-drive the transformation journey.
