We have great opportunity in our Global Supply Chain team as Supply Lead – White Dairy who will lead the young and talented planning team based in 5 locations across Netherlands and Belgium for entire Supply Planning and SOP activities over a very strong portfolio of consumer dairy products.
Being part of the Global Supply Planning Team, this is a pivotal role between all parts of the supply chain from suppliers to the customers for delivering the plans that offers the optimal end-to-end benefit for Friesland Campina. The role also leads the change on the transformation of the supply chain in processes, systems and organisation to deliver Friesland Campina’s 2030 ambition.

Vacancy description
What will be in your role coverage:
- The role is part of the Global Supply Planning team which sits in the Global Plan & Logistics team.
- With a team of 8 direct reports and total 43 employees, your main day-to-day operational responsibility will be the proactive and optimal supply planning of 1350+ consumer dairy products and required 2500+ Raw & Pack materials for 3 internal and 32 external sites that generates €1,4Bln net sales value per year to 18 sales units across globe for Friesland Campina.
- You will be responsible to drive the execution of the S&OP process (operational and tactical horizon), to support and facilitate the financial forecasting process, aligned with all end-to-end stakeholders across commercial, supply chain and marketing teams.
- The main outcome is balancing the demand and supply in the most optimal way for Friesland Campina in terms of service, cost and cash supported with scenarios for decision making by taking all opportunities and risks into account.
- In your role you will be a key role in developing the strategy for the White Dairy Supply planning department and contribute to the development of the strategy for Global SC Plan and Logistics function including the processes, systems and organization setup.
- Main performance indicators for the role are distributed across the service to our customers, optimal cash position on inventory, supporting the best cost to serve by supporting the efficient use of supply network and minimizing the waste on products.
- And the role is responsible for setting up the team for success by providing the working conditions for wellbeing and efficiency and also with investing in the capability and the personal growth of the team
