The growing integration and importance of IT and OT into our infrastructure demands a dedicated Cyber Security Architect to oversee security architecture in both IT and OT domains. This role is essential for aligning strategies, identifying potential risks, and implementing robust measures against the evolving threat landscape, that is seen as high according to latest FOX IT threat assessment. The Cyber Security Domain Architect will provide guidance and mentorship to IT and OT (security) architects and specialists. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is a key focus, given the escalating emphasis on cybersecurity in critical infrastructure sectors. The creation of this role will contribute to strategic decision-making on IT an OT security, offering insights into emerging trends and innovative technologies. Ultimately, investing in a Cyber Security Architect is pivotal for organizational resilience and long-term security success.
What we ask
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in ICT, Cybersecurity, or a similar technical discipline.
- Experience: Over 10 years in IT, with at least 6 years focused on IT and OT security, demonstrating a deep understanding of both IT and OT environments.
- Skills and Abilities: Proven strategic thinking and risk management skills, with experience in IT/Information Security frameworks and standards. Ability to translate complex concepts across multiple layers of resources into understandable and actionable terms and visualizations.
- Certifications: Information Security Practitioner certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, showcasing expertise as a thought leader in information security.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills, ability to collaborate effectively with others to drive results and solve problems, communicate up to C-level, and proficiency in English, both oral and written.

- Inspire and Lead: Drive the security vision and strategy in the target domain, encompassing people, processes, and technology.
- Clear Communication: Provide clear direction and purpose across IT and OT environments on th security architecture.
- Technology Transformation: Lead security technology transformation and standardization efforts to enhance business continuity by converging IT and OT. Drive cloud, application and security by design roadmap.
- Architecture Roadmap: Design and govern the delivery of the Target Domain Security Architecture Roadmap, translating business strategies and objectives into a cohesive security architecture.
- Roadmap Development: Develop the Security Architecture Roadmap for the technology portfolio, considering business, financial, and non-functional criteria.
- Research and Innovation: Research new and emerging technologies to improve the performance and reliability of operational technology systems.
- Security Oversight: Oversee the overall Security Architecture and ensure its alignment with business goals.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Support the implementation of a security key control framework within IT and the business to ensure compliance and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
