Sales Manager - Distribution Italy

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our office located in Agrate that will manage the Sales team in partnership with the Commercial Lead.

Vacancy description

Sales Manager Italy Distribution is a role focused on:

  • Co-develop the sales strategy for Italy.
  • Manage a key account sales team to drive the direct sales and indirect sales (national chains) in both Horeca and Bakery channel.
  • Responsible for sales support and customer care department of H&B Italy.
  • Driving an entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement, a fact based (a.o. digital) way of working, proper relationship management.
  • Responsible for the engagement in the team.
  • Responsible for the agreed volumes
  • Contributing as member of the H&B Italy commercial team to the total performance of H&B Italy division
