RGM Manager

Join our dynamic EU Revenue Growth Management team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and elevating our organization's revenue streams. As a leading RGM Specialist, you will develop comprehensive commercial plans and advise on cutting-edge RGM strategies. In this crucial role, you will provide expert guidance across a broad spectrum of RGM-related areas, including Pricing, Assortment Optimization, and Trade Terms. What we ask

  • University degree with 3+ years in consultancy, private equity, or RGM. Familiarity with the Food/FMCG sector is a plus;
  • Strong strategic and data-driven mindset with experience in scenario building and hypothesis-based analysis;
  • Excellent skills in transforming data into actionable commercial insights and presenting them effectively;
  • Commercially oriented with a pioneering spirit, ambition, and a continuous desire to learn and develop;
  • Full business proficiency in English.

    Vacancy description

    As part of the RGM team, you will work on developing:

    Cross-Country Strategy and Standardization:

    • Development and execution of RGM strategies across Europe, ensuring consistent application of best practices.
    • Setting up standard operating procedures and frameworks to unify the approach to RGM, enhancing data quality and tool development across regions.
    • Drive the adoption and optimization of advanced analytical tools and methodologies, ensuring high standards of data integrity and usability.
    • Collaborate with Opco counterparts, leveraging deep dives into RGM levers to generate actionable recommendations.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Alignement:

    • Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders, including the RGM Director Europe, local RGM champions and sales directors & teams, to ensure strategic alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.
