Expansion of our solutions business is recognized as one of the levers to realize this ambition. A new Systems organization is formed to carry out this responsibility for launching, driving and supporting existing and new system solutions in the markets across the globe.
Our solutions consist out of an appliance, product and a technology, and are designed to solve specific customer pains across various channels and use moments.
As Technology Delivery Specialist you are the end-responsible for development, delivery and maintenance of the IP-protected technology for systems and versions within the Milk platform by owning the technology, processing methods, interface, and technical product design.
What we ask
+10y experience in management and development of complex solutions and technologies.
Expertise in developing closed patented systems or complex plastic solutions.
Experience in managing the entire technology platform lifecycle, including continuous improvements of product and tooling over their lifetime.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and industrialization, including process optimization, standards of operation and tooling development.
Expertise in developing testing and verification procedures.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field, such as materials science or chemical engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Vacancy description
You are end-responsible for driving development, delivery and maintenance of the patented technology for platforms and systems within Milk platform by owning the technology, processing methods, interface, and technical product design. Safeguarding critical knowledge in the triangle between product, foaming unit, and machine. Continuously improving and optimizing the system technology and foaming units through their lifecycle, including fundamentals, incrementals, value engineering, robustness, OEE, and value delivery improvements.
Last, but not the least, you deliver results in a close cooperation and cross-steering with the Systems architect, Concept owner, the Industrialization lead and few other critical roles within matrix and Suppliers organizations.
Other (content driven) main activities that are part of your role:
- Development and delivery of industrialized interfaces, foaming units.
- Sign off of ingredients and appliances within the system.
- Initiation and steering of ECR and NPD changes.
- continuous improvement of system robustness during the technology lifecycle.
- Technology tracks development.
- Technology roadmaps definition and participation in long-term developments.
Next to the content of the position, you play the central role in defining the concepts, feasibilities and system requirements next to securing improvements for the on-going business and installed base. This means that your focus will balance between defining, inspiring, leading and managing cross-function, external and internal, multi-disciplinary team members. As this is a newly set up organization, you are the co-owner of the transformation together with the rest of the Systems team, especially in parts related to your role and discipline. You are expected to act as the role-model of our growth mindset and open culture.
