Key Accounts Manager
- Managing assigned customers actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable sales and profitable growth
- Developing annual business plan and trade term agreement for assigned customers to ensure that the plan is achievable, and regularly conduct monthly, quarterly business review, yearly business review with customers (both commercial and performance marketing)
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationship with customers in order to gain strong collaboration in mutually driving business objectives, and to get a better position in negotiating for the agreement and business development plan
- Monitoring category and brands performance against market, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, activities, and takes corrective action as needed to ensure achievement of business goals
- Driving in-store execution and implementation of all activities, promotions, new products launch and fundamental 4P’s executions
- Managing and paying attention to details in all financial related activities in order to well deliver customers’ P&L as expected target
- Cooperating closely with internal cross functions (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) to maximize full channel potential in line with company business direction and processes
- Support other duties as assigned by management and direct reported manager
What we ask
- At least 3 years experience in key account e-commerce management for FMCG
- Bachelor's degree in any field with an excellent academic background
- Must have proven success from work experience of strong analytical thinking, account management and passion to win
- Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but are comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing
- Proficient in English and Thai
