Key Accounts Manager

  • This role is responsible for Friso business in Tsuper based on his/her understanding of categories, shoppers and channels.
  • He/She is required to lead and develop customer business plans via DEEP UNDERSTANDING of customer. Make long term and short term business strategy to drive sales. Analyze the sales performance like SKU mix, shopper conversion, stock, promotion ROI and competitors influence etc to better develop business. Influence Tsuper buyers and any other stakeholders so as to get more resources and help for the business.
  • He/She should be able to work smoothly with EC MKT, EC Shopper MKT ,EC PPM & CRM etc teams to improve our planning and implementation.
  • He/She should be responsible for his/her own P&L

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Industry experiences:EC platform backgroundTsuper or JD related experience is a MUST , experience of DTR(DA) is a PLUS
  • Position experiences:At least 5 years working experience in EC
  • Mobility: Able to travel based on business request
  • Other Special requirements:Negotiation skillDetail-oriented and data sensitiveAccountabilityGood communicationWork under pressure
