Global Talent Acquisition Project & Change Lead (all genders)
The Global Talent Acquisition Project & Change Lead role focuses on standardizing and optimizing talent acquisition (TA) processes globally and ensuring consistent ways of working across regions with varying maturity levels. The position supports the Global TA Director in executing a strategy aligned with organizational objectives to improve TA capabilities and candidate experience.
What we ask
We are seeking a professional with proven experience in recruitment, this can be both as a recruiter as well as recruitment or talent management related project activities within global organizations, who brings a strategic perspective to navigate differences across business groups and talent segments while maintaining global ways of working and leveraging TA trends, innovations, and workforce planning tools to drive a proactive, standardized approach to talent acquisition.
- 8-10 years working experience in the field of Talent Acquisition i.e. including experience working as a recruiter and understanding the recruitment lifecycle, funnel and target segments/pools
- Familiar with recruitment technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, assessments, AI tools etc.) and how to leverage technology and analytics to drive recruitment optimization
- Knowledge of internal and external TA trends and developments, policies and processes standardization / TA WoW
- Conceptual capability to co-develop strategies, innovation and strive for continuous improvement

Vacancy description
- Global TA strategy implementation: The role involves co-developing, co-steering, and governing global TA frameworks, policies and processes.
- Project Management: Leading global TA programs, ensuring consistent recruitment standards across four regional hubs are implemented and monitored.
- Capability building: Building TA capabilities and communities, managing knowledge resources, and collaborating closely with regional teams and key stakeholders such as Digital HR and People Analytics.
- Optimization: continuously monitor and optimize the TA processes and programs, to ensure FC can select high-quality talent efficiently across regions.
- Managing data: manage, analyze and improve TA data (dashboards) to ensure different stakeholders have relevant information available to steer and optimize their TA activities.
