Continuous Improvement Specialist
The Continuous Improvement Specialist – Utilities will lead improvement initiatives across steam, power, refrigeration, compressed air, and water systems. The role focuses on analyzing utility performance, identifying efficiency gaps, executing lean/energy improvement projects, and ensuring stable, reliable, and cost‑effective operations.
What we ask
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience
2–5 years experience in utilities or process industry
Skills
-Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
-Ability to lead continuous improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects
-Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, water treatment, and energy systems
-Experience analyzing SCADA/EMS/PI data
-Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
