Play a pivotal role in the digital journey of FrieslandCampina to become a frontrunner in Analytics & AI within our industry. Build capabilities and create a robust data culture and mindset, support data-driven decision-making and manage the communication of data analytics initiatives between D&A and the business groups & functions together.
What we ask
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Data Science.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role within the IT or D&A sector, with a proven track record in capability building and strategic communication.
- Experience in fostering marketplaces for sharing use cases or similar collaborative platforms.
- Strong writing abilities: Capable of producing clear, concise, and grammatically correct written materials in a professional setting.
- Ability to spot and highlight issues and pain points and can create contingencies plans to improve for in the future.

Vacancy description
- Facilitate the development and enhancement of Data & Analytics capabilities within the Global D&A cluster
- Implement and communicate Global D&A strategies and initiatives effectively, ensuring organizational alignment and engagement
- Promote a learning environment and foster a collaborative workplace within the Global D&A Team
- Support the operation of capability-building communities to encourage continuous learning and teamwork
- Contribute to the development and management of a use case marketplace, aiding in the distribution and scaling of successful D&A solutions.
- Monitor engagement levels and feedback from capability-building sessions and community events to continually refine and enhance these initiatives.
- Assess the utilization and impact of the e.g. use case marketplace on organizational efficiency and innovation.
- Evaluate the integration of data-driven decision-making practices in various departments, tracking the progress and outcomes of data-centric projects with a specific focus on the Global D&A team.
