What we ask
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in
- Experienced in accounts payable function
- Data entry experience with excellent accuracy level
- Excellent Reporting skills and proficiency in excel.
- Working exposure with Microsoft Navision is added advantage
- Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and organizing skills
- Accurate and disciplined, uses a structured approach in work

Vacancy description
- Performing accounts payable function of all the locations and other associated activities
- Assisting in month end closure ensuring all provisions made accurate as per company policy
- Reconciliation of AR & AP for intercompany and other group company reconciliation.
- Support in budget preparations & workings
- Supporting billing team in rising Invoices
- Vendor payable reconciliation & uploading the payments to treasury
- Sound knowledge & working experience of GST filings & compliance
- Knowledge of all the statutory compliances such as TDS, PF, PT etc
- Ensuring maintenance of records and documentation
- Assisting Statutory audit and Internal audit teams as and when required
- Assisting management on adhoc requirements
