Key Accounts Manager, Tmall

The KA manager will be responsible to realize FCTS’s opportunity in E-commerce Key Accounts.. He/She is required to lead and develop customer business plans via deep understanding of customer. He/She must be able to leverage the strategic Friso differentiators to maximize Friso potential.

He/She must be able to build strategic relationship with key accounts so that Friso can continuously outperform in the channel/customer.

He/She must be able to work flawlessly with E-MKT, Trade MKT ,field sales & CRM team to improve our planning and implementation.

What we ask

  • Bachelor Degree
  • CET >=4, good in written and oral English
  • IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point
  • Familiarities with ecommerce marketplaces and business
  • Proven track record in driving aggressive sales results
  • Minimum of 3-5 yrs of online key account management
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Familiar with in-direct business(distributor model)
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Initiative taking
  • Strong influencing skills, team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to travel frequently

Key responsibilities

1. Develop strategic relationship with key customer he/she ownsbased on category, shopper and channel understanding

2. Negotiate and align JBP with key customer, with regular joint reviews on achievements /KPIs

3. Manage customer investment through ROI evaluation and trade terms optimization

4. Effectively plan & monitor business performance

5. Implement brand CRM strategy in line with E-commerce customer

6. Manage daily and mid-term interface with customer

7. Ensure high quality service and optimized shopping experience to key customers/shoppers through cross functional teamwork

8. Distributor operation efficiency management

 

 

Main KPIs:

 

1. Deliver the agreed sales(sell-in, sell-out, market share)for key customer

2. Deliver new user target for the key customer

3. Customized program for JBP customers with clear KPI and timeline.

4. Lead EKA JBP process and align the plan with cross function teams to ensure all plan implemented

5. Quality of relationship with customer build on mutual trust & accountability
