Senior HR Business Partner Global Supply Chain

We are looking for an energetic and driven HR Business Partner to join our new Global Supply Chain HRBP team. 

 

Frieslandcampina has gone through a tremendous transformation phase in the past few months, where we have laid aspiring Global Supply Chain business goals ahead. We are entering this critical phase of shaping the new organization, you being HR co-pilot will play an integral role supporting the Supply Chain business leaders to build the future proof people culture, and empower them to overcome the people and organizational challenges. 

 

In your capacity being the HR Business Partner, you will lead the development and execution of strategic people agenda across the Global Ssupply chain organization on a true global scale. You will be responsible for co-creating an effective and efficient organization, driving business results with engaged employees who are enabled and empowered to contribute to the business, in accordance with the global people strategy, policies and frameworks. What we ask

  • Master degree, preferably in HR field or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience within an international environment 
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven 
  • Strong change management skills, focus on leadership and behavior
  • Experienced in Team and Leadership development, Ttalent Mmanagement at an international scope, and preferable HR experience in the SC, at least proven affinity with supply chain at international scope
  • Inspiring personality with ambition and drive to grow within FrieslandCampina
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within a corporate and international environment

Vacancy description

  • You are responsible for all defining and implementing the people agendayou’re your own Supply Chain scope; people management responsibilities (recruit senior staff and future leaders, develop, coach) and for developing and implementing an HR strategy and roadmap for all regions;
  • You are an integral part of the Supply Chain MT for your own scope, business and HR Management  leadership Team of Global SC organization. It’s important to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on people and organizational topics;
  • Translate the supply chain business strategy into a people strategy for the own area that will support business in realizing their goals and ambitions. 
  • Have an integral view, use data to guide your work and feel comfortable in challenging international environment;
  • Be co-pilot to management team members and line management on desired organizational change, with emphasis on structure, staffing (including FTE requirements), leadership, behavior, culture, and implementation process;
  • Design and implement change management processes; prepare, facilitate and support team sessions and larger meetings in support of organizational goals, in order to ensure engagement of people on changes;
  • Be co-pilot in building a professional and qualitative strong organization by putting talented, healthy and engaged people on the right places using process as Talent Development, Performance Management and Succession Planning;
  • Initiate and lead all activities to create a healthy work environment, improve sustainable engagement and drive the desired culture;
  • Drive the execution of the Talent Management (TM) cycle on time in full and to ensure continuous improvement of the TM cycle;
  • Coach and mentor line managers to strengthen their overall leadership performance, acting as sounding board and trusted advisor to senior leaders/management team;
  • Initiate workforce planning and provide forecast expected vacancies and be responsible for defining the job/talent requirements, define necessary leadership/functional capabilities for future business needs.
