Tan Zai Lin’s career at Dutch Lady Malaysia spans 17 years, beginning in the Medical team where she dedicated herself to promoting the benefits of dairy and building strong relationships within the healthcare industry. After more than a decade in the medical marketing field, Zai Lin embraced a new challenge with a growth mindset, eager to expand her contributions and add greater value to the company. Stepping out of her comfort zone, Zai Lin transitioned to the Channel and Category Development (CCD) team in Sales— a bold move that marked a new chapter of learning and growth. Lots of fulfilment, satisfaction and importantly the continuous growth and learning opportunities drive her passion from day 1.
