In my 12 years with the company, I have been continuously challenged in different roles.
From Corporate (group) roles to finance roles in different business groups in the Netherlands and now as Finance Director in North America. I get really energised when I have learned something new, personally and as a team, and if we are on the right track together. If we keep learning and stay curious, we can find that sweet spot in the market, and introduce products that help our customers.

I love the unique culture at FrieslandCampina and working together with colleagues with an open, can-do mentality. When someone has a great idea, we listen and see how we can make it work.
We are a large company, but at the same time, it can feel very family close.
This might have to do with our heritage and the fact that we are owned by a large dairy cooperative with mostly family farms. As a company we have a strong purpose, a reason to exist. This motivates us to go the extra mile."
