Revenue Growth Management – Solution Specialist
FrieslandCampina’s global IT Commerce team is looking for an experienced candidate to manage our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) technology solutions. This role will be the single point of contact for solutions rolled out in 10+ countries, ensuring the solution meets our business needs, as well as rolling out to additional markets. You will be located in Amersfoort.
What we ask
- 3+ years experience managing (global) commercial applications and solutions
- Experience with Trade Promotion Management and/or Revenue Growth Management
- Experience working in multinational teams, advising / supporting business stakeholders
- Degree level education
- Fluent in English

Vacancy description
Although you are part of the IT function, you will also work closely with the commercial team(s) as part of a multi-functional team. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Single point of contact for business on technology matters.
- End to end service delivery of global commercial solutions in Revenue Growth Management, and Trade Promotion Management
- Shaping and & driving the business process transformation agenda (on-going and as part of projects)
- Identify improvements, upgrades, change request delivery; closely together with the business in multiple countries and suppliers in agile teams
- Lead technology delivery and rollout of solutions in new markets.
- Budget and total cost of ownership.
- Data & insight optimisation, integration with other solutions in our Commercial technology stack
The IT Commerce team is the global team responsible for all commercial / digital capabilities at FrieslandCampina. We are currently investing heavily around:
