Key Account Manager OOH / Traditional Channel

FrieslandCampina Spain is looking for an experienced "KAM - OOH" for its location in Barcelona. As our KAM you will manage the Out of Home (OOH) and Traditional Channels both for national and regional accounts at the same time that you will ensure the right implementation of the company strategy.
What we ask
- More than 3 years of commercial experience managing distributors (Traditional and HoReca Channels)
- Commercial experience in a FMCG industry
- Experiencie in Food and Beverages Industry
- Able to professionally communicate in Spanish & English, written and spoken
- Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to understand price setting and promotion effects on profit

Vacancy description
- Negotiate prices and conditions with our distributors / traditional channels.
- Set and formalize new distribution agreements in the different areas under its responsibility.
- Develop the specific business plan for each of the distributors, ensuring its right implementation and coordination with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
- Ensure the local/regional implementation of the national agreements through the distributors net.
- Negotiation of prices and conditions, ensuring the right results in the channel.
- Implement the commercial strategy of the company and build constructive relationships with our clients.
- Follow-up of service level and coordination with other departments such as customer service and demand planning to guarantee the best service to our clients.
