1. Procurement & Helpdesk Operations
- Executes purchase requisitions in line with Procurement policy, sourcing guidelines, and the ICF framework.
- Processes indirect materials and services requests within Coupa/SAP PtP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supports resolution of invoice mismatches, escalating issues where necessary and collaborating with peer departments.
- Monitors blocked invoice trends, contributing to root cause analysis and supporting elimination initiatives.
- Provides first-line support for PtP system queries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintains system hygiene and data consistency across procurement platforms.
- Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, guiding them through procurement procedures and safeguarding adherence to company standards.
2. Invoice Receipt, Processing & Financial Controls
- Processes invoices (third-party, intercompany, and trade spend claims) in line with corporate policies, guidelines, and SLAs with OpCos.
- Supports daily workload management, handling medium/high complexity tasks across multiple systems.
- Executes tasks within the internal control framework, reinforcing compliance and governance standards.
- Identifies shortcomings in current methods and systems, proposing and supporting implementation of improved practices.
- Acts as an authorized user for PtP systems (Coupa/Routty/Alusta) within the GBS Centre.
- Supports Month-End Close (MEC) activities, ensuring deadlines are met and financial accuracy maintained.
- Resolves supplier and OpCo escalations, maintaining stakeholder confidence.
- Collaborates across functions, engaging with colleagues, OpCos, and suppliers to strengthen process execution.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the requested documentation and information
3. Contribution to Strategy
- Contributes to the development of departmental strategy and annual planning, applying Procure-to-Pay expertise to initiatives such as No PO No Pay, Touchless Invoicing, and Vendor Reduction.
- Provides operational insights to shape priorities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Supports translation of strategic goals into actionable team-level initiatives, reinforcing continuous improvement and compliance.
4. Projects & Process Optimization
- Identifies bottlenecks in work processes, proposing improvement opportunities and supporting implementation after approval.
- Participates actively in PtP community initiatives, collaborating on cross-team issues and supporting end-to-end process optimization.
- Contributes to continuous improvement projects, ensuring adoption of new practices and tracking progress.
